Our nourishing retreats use mindfulness, photography and nature to help you focus on the present and improve wellbeing and mental health. We work collaboratively with fellow mindfulness and creative practitioners to offer you a nurturing environment in beautiful surroundings in Gloucestershire, the Cotswolds and beyond.

Due to all the courses and workshops we are running, we currently don’t have the capacity to run our own retreats. However, we would love to contribute to your retreat, festival or other event.

Do contact us to discuss possibilities. We’d love to hear from you!

The Asha Centre, Flaxley, Forest of Dean, Gloucestershire

A day of Quiet Contemplation

Run by Gloucestershire Mindfulness with contributions from Look Again, Orchid Yoga and sound healing.

Saturday 27th April 2019

This retreat day is set in the beautifully peaceful, tranquil setting of The Asha Centre in the Forest of Dean. It is suitable for all mindfulness students, and those teaching or training to teach mindfulness across all sectors. The focus will be on deepening practice, stillness and clarity of mind with openness and gentle kindness.

The practice programme is presented by Lynsey Wellington from Gloucestershire Mindfulness, who will guide participants in mindfulness meditation practice.

The day is complimented by Ruth Davey from Look Again who encourages people to use mindful looking to slow down, see with fresh eyes and connect more deeply with nature. Diane Scurr from Orchid Yoga offers Yoga Nidra, and Kuma San completes the day by offering sound healing with singing bowls and a gong bath.

A calming, nourishing experience not to be missed!

Cost: £95.00 per person (£75.00 early bird until 31st March)
